I am active in your buying/selling experience and stay with my clients through the entire process, never handing you off to an assistant. I provide expert advice and educate my clients so they are able to make confident decisions. I understand this dynamic market, and have been successful in helping clients, at any price point, close on a home they love or sell the one they loved well. I am available to assist clients on evenings, weekends, and most holidays.

First Time Homebuyers


You CAN buy a home!  There are many loan programs specifically for first-time home buyers ($0 down payment loans).  We will discuss which ones could potentially be for you and develop a personalized, strategic plan to homeownership.  I will give you extra guidance before and throughout the transaction so that you understand the process and can make confident decisions. 

FAQ: When should I/We reach out to begin discussing the process? The moment you begin considering a purchase, even if it is a year away.  This will help develop a solid strategy.


Buyers

We will meet via phone/email/video conference/in-person. I'll listen to your needs, wants, desires and discuss the process. I will assist in getting you connected with a lender(s) for pre-qualification--a.k.a. moving forward! Once pre-qualified, we find a home to purchase! From there, it is inspections, appraisal, repairs if necessary, continued discussion with the lender and title company, final walk-thru, and CLOSING!  Yep, you just BOUGHT your home!  Congratulations!

Sellers

We will meet via phone/email/video conference/in-person. I will visit your home for more accurate listing information and discuss pricing, net sheet estimates, and your future plans for a different home. We will determine action items (sometimes repairs/updates) for marketing your property and complete paperwork for listing the home. I will prepare the MLS listing, pictures, and showing information. Once there is an offer, we will negotiate until we have an offer that works for you. If needed, I can recommend third parties to help with repairs. I will communicate with the Buyer's agent, title company, and other parties as necessary. We will review the settlement statement and Close!  Congratulations!  You just SOLD your house! 

*If staying in the area, I will assist with the purchase of a new home.
