  • Meet via phone/email/video conference/in-person

  • Listen to your Needs, Wants, Desires

  • Discuss the Process

  • Connect you with lender(s) for pre-qualification--a.k.a. moving forward!

  • Go tour properties

  • Write an offer--if accepted then;

  • Order Inspection and Appraisal

  • Negotiate repairs if necessary

  • Communicate with you, your lender, the title company, other agent, etc...

  • Conduct the final walk-thru

  • Go to Closing!

  • Visit your home for more accurate listing information

  • Discuss pricing, net sheet estimates, and your future plans for a different home

  • Determine action items (sometimes repairs) for marketing your property

  • Complete paperwork for listing

  • Prepare house listing, pictures, and showings

  • Receive and negotiate offers if necessary

  • Recommend third parties, if required, for any needed repairs

  • Communicate with other agent, title company, and other parties as necessary

  • Assist with purchase of a new home, if staying in the area (see Buyers tab)

  • Review Settlement Statement and go to Closing!

First-Time Home Buyers

  • There are many loan programs specifically for first-time home buyers ($0 down payment loans), we will discuss which ones could potentially be for you.

  • Extra guidance before and throughout the process. We want you to understand so that you can make confident decisions.
